Paolo brings over 30 years of experience in the Building Design industry and has unique experience and expertise in Design and Project Management Consulting field. Paolo is or has been actively involved as a contributing member for the: (ASTTBC) Applied Science Technologists & Technicians of British Columbia; (BDIBC) Building Designers Institute of British Columbia; (GVHBA) Greater Vancouver Home Builder's Association; (Friuli Culture) Famee Furlane of Vancouver; (ICC) Italian Cultural Centre; Scouts Canada and other community affiliates. A team player, a "will do can do" entrepreneurial spirit oriented individual, with effective knowledge on streamlining systems to minimize duplications and improve time management efficiency. Award winning and industry involved, Paolo enjoys a balance of Family life and working with committees & projects that can make the difference!

The website homestyles4housing.com, which is a division of Inline Design Management Group Inc., gets a new face lift which allows further focus and development into Real Estate, Property management, Design, Construction with the slogan "Your Property and Building Design Resource Centre". Inline also creates (geo)goDataLink.net network communications website concept for a longer vision implementation and incorporates its business model. Inline also refocuses idmg.com as the parent company to homestyles4housing.com and inline developments.
2004
Inline Design Managment Group Inc. affiliates with Padrone Media web publications and considers web enhancements for homestyles4housing.com website and introduces e-com capabilities with a redesigned web presence.
2002
Inline Design Management Group Inc. with its current domain website idmg.com creates a subsidiary website homestyles4housing.com focusing within residential single family projects and work. Inline Design Mgmt. Group Inc. dedicates itself to quality and is committed to value; its objectives in the building industry are just that; to be inline with their products and/or services along with being inline with their prices, to best reflect the building codes, municipal requirements and, most important, their clients.
1997
Inline Design Management Group Inc. develops website presence as its domain called idmg.com which is focused on the communication aspect for some of its portals, interests and business infrastructure along with bringing its current product and services to the public via internet and website.
1994
Inline Design Management Group Inc. creates Inline developments division and joint ventures with local builders to assist and project Management administration and tendering process for specialized projects.
1993
Inline Design Ltd. finds its market niche realigns and focuses on it business mission statements and long term vision. Inline renames it self to Inline Design Management Group Inc.
1986
Inline in 1986 purchased assets only of Hallmark Design Group Inc. and under new management established Inline Design Managment Group Inc. specializing in home design and light commercial project design services.
1977
Hallmark Design Group Inc. which in turn had purchased pre-designed stock inventory from Merlin Design associates in approximately 1977, which had undergone a few years of various owners and management styles.
1969
Merlin Design Associates had made arrangements with a local Pacific North West design company to commence its independent operation in approximately 1969 as a home plan drafting Service Company within the Greater Vancouver area.

Recent trends and developments with respect to environmental concerns, energy conservation, and building safety, indicate that all of us will have to carefully review our present requirements, necessities and habits. All issues must and should be done to best reflect the development of our Network, Building Design industry and towards our total commitment for global enhancement.
